Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Support Worker to provide healthcare services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring optimal health and wellbeing. Position Overview Provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing. Responsibilities Assist in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan. Perform tasks delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weight measurement, and other assigned tasks. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations. Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory. Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet the needs of the individuals. Communicate immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Successfully complete required pre-employment background and drug screenings. Valid driver's license with all necessary endorsements and a minimum of three years of driving experience. Basic computer skills. Valid and current license for Practical Nurse. Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
