Qualifications of an LPN: LPN Certification Florida LPN License CPR/BLS Certification Ability to build rapport with patients. Compassionate and caring demeanor. Respectful & professional communicator. Responsibilities of an LPN: Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients. Provide basic patient care and treatment. Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications. Educate and update patients on medical treatments.
