Responsibilities

• Learn about financial products, insurance policies, and investment strategies through structured training.
• Assist senior advisors or team members with client onboarding and support.
• Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand needs and provide guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and service.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Support the team in achieving sales and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and licensing requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethical standards, and a client-first mindset in all interactions.

Qualifications

Requirements (Entry-Level Financial / Insurance Agent)

• No prior experience in financial services required comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
• Interest in finance, insurance, or helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Comfortable learning new tools and technology (CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, etc.).
• Professional, coachable, and open to feedback.

Licensing (Preferred or Willing to Obtain)

• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 and 65/66) a plus, but not required.
