We're looking for a dependable team member to work 1–2 days per week, supporting our breakfast operations in a warm, fast-paced hotel kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team in a select service hotel environment.Position SummaryThis role focuses exclusively on breakfast preparation at our select service property. Guests enjoy both made-to-order and buffet-style offerings each morning, and you'll be the key to starting their day off right. Shift hours are 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, perfect for early risers looking to finish their day by noon.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and hotel standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen areaMonitor food temperatures and ensure food safety complianceAssist in setup and breakdown of buffet stations and prep areasCollaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction during breakfast serviceAdhere to Hilton brand standards and local health department regulationsQualificationsPrevious kitchen or breakfast cook experience preferredStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and a team playerAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsComfortable with early morning shifts (start time: 4:00 AM)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
