Sr. Director, Corporate Communications

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Corporate Communications to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $256,001 – $448,002 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing corporate communications team Translate the CCO's communications vision into a cohesive strategy Oversee the company’s financial communications strategy in collaboration with the CFO Guide the Ads & Monetization communications practice to enhance brand engagement Develop strategic messaging for senior leadership communications Manage trust, safety, and policy communications for clear external narratives Partner with the CCO on corporate reputation and crisis management Establish measurement frameworks to assess communication impacts Qualifications 15+ years in corporate communications or related field, preferably at a public tech company 5+ years of experience managing communications teams Extensive experience in financial and investor relations communications Experience crafting B2B communications strategies for advertising and revenue audiences Proven ability to advise senior leaders on high-stakes reputational issues Track record of overseeing executive communications for C-suite leaders Experience in trust & safety policy communications Familiarity using AI tools to enhance communication efficiency Benefits Equitable and inclusive workplace culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative in-office work environment Flexibility for in-person collaboration once or twice each quarter Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
