Family Law Paralegal

Strata Legal Talent is recruiting for an established New Jersey family law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Hackensack office.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in a New Jersey matrimonial or family law practice and be comfortable handling both substantive case support and the day-to-day administrative demands of a busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other family law documents
• Manage calendars, court dates, deadlines, and client communications
• Maintain case files and assist with court filings and general case management
• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to attorneys

Qualifications

• Prior legal assistant or paralegal experience in New Jersey family law or matrimonial matters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Professional and comfortable communicating with attorneys and clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Compensation

• $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.

Location: Hackensack, New Jersey

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
