Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise specialized therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure all-encompassing, patient-centered care.

• Document and Assess Progress: Monitor treatment results and make necessary adjustments, ensuring patients remain focused on their recovery journey.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouraged to pursue continuing education and post-graduate certifications for professional growth.

Certifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification with the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
