This isn't a sit-back-and-wait role. You'll be right in the middle of the action - supporting our HR Manager and interacting with personnel at every level of the organization. One day you might be coordinating a company event; the next, you're maintaining confidential employee records or building a new form from scratch. What You'll Do Keep our records organized - filing, scanning, and archiving for retention compliance Help plan and coordinate company events Build forms and administrative tools as needs arise Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Department Support monthly training sessions Lend a hand to the main office and Accounting Department as needed Handle employee records with accuracy and the highest level of confidentiality Take on other duties as they come up - because no two days look the same Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Excellent communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Education/Experience High School or Equivalent 2 years minimum of HR Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office360 Bilingual in English and Spanish What We Have To Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance - because a trip to the dentist or the eye doctor shouldn't be a financial decision.
