Senior Business Analyst, P&C Insurance

To support the Surplus & Specialty Lines Digital Services team, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst, P&C Insurance will participate in the planning, design, and implementation of business systems, focusing on underwriting, claims, and billing processes while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify goals, system requirements, and existing issues while participating in roadmap planning Lead design sessions and facilitate the development of new applications and enhancements to existing systems Coordinate testing and provide documentation and training for modified and new systems to end users Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience in P&C Insurance, with a strong preference for knowledge of Non-Admitted insurance lines Proven track record in overseeing software design, development, and implementation for underwriting, financial, or claims systems Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly language
