The Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center to provide administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A Typical Day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that cleaners have completed their work. Throughout the day you handle a variety of customer requests: updating WiFi codes, checking on package deliveries, directing new visitors, setting up meeting rooms and projectors, checking services are properly charged, managing mail, printing, invoice assistance, opening service tickets, coordinating networking events, drafting e‑invitations, and creating on‑site posters. You also collaborate with the Community Manager to organize monthly events and welcome prospects. You end the day by ensuring the center is tidy and that groups wrap up smoothly.
