We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3 to provide hands-on technical support to Production. The role involves assembling and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and optical/electro-optical assemblies , supporting testing, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3 to provide hands-on technical support to Production. The role involves assembling and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and optical/electro-optical assemblies , supporting testing, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of manufacturing/technician experience, preferably in optics/electro-optics.
Associate degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience.
Ability to read schematics, drawings, BOMs, and work instructions .
Experience with hand tools and electronic test equipment.
Knowledge of ESD practices and manufacturing processes.
Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, collect data, and document findings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work with required PPE.
