Job Description

Estimator needed for various commercial and residential construction projects in the Loveland, CO area. This role is responsible for estimating and bidding work, managing sales opportunities through the project funnel, meeting with customers, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating awarded projects with service delivery teams. The majority of work will involve remodeling and renovation projects. Candidates should have experience in construction estimating and project management; plumbing estimating experience is highly preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must have no DUI or reckless driving convictions within the past three years. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 plus commission, with On-Target Earnings of $115,000 to $120,000 annually. Commission structure will be based on gross profit performance and will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Payroll is paid bi-weekly, and benefits eligibility will be reviewed after 90 days of employment based on performance.
