Job Description

Estimator (Architectural Millwork / Commercial Casework)
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000

Our client, a growing company within the commercial construction industry, is seeking an Estimator to join its Denver team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in architectural millwork and commercial wood product estimating who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience estimating projects involving commercial cabinetry, custom millwork, fixtures, bench seating, furniture, and casework . This experience is a core requirement for the role.

What You’ll Work On:

Preparing detailed project estimates and competitive bids
Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Evaluating material pricing and subcontractor proposals
Managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

What We’re Looking For:

1–5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction or millwork manufacturing
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with Innergy software is a plus
