About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be the senior executive responsible for the financial leadership, fiscal integrity, and administrative stewardship of the organization. This role involves providing strategic direction for financial operations, ensuring long-term financial sustainability, and partnering with various stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives. The CFO will also have executive oversight of finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, property, procurement, payroll, and enterprise risk management functions. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA, master's degree, and/or CPA. A minimum of 10 years' of financial management experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, procurement, financial reporting, audits, and strategic financial planning. Experience in governmental, nonprofit, public sector, or complex multi-entity organizations is also preferred. The CFO must possess thorough knowledge of financial regulations, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
