Flowserve is seeking an experienced, assertive Business HR Partner (HRBP) to provide high-touch strategic HR partnership to Vice Presidents and Executive-adjacent leaders across our Global Corporate Functions.This is a senior individual-contributor role designed for a consultative, resilient HR professional who possesses the executive presence, backbone, and business acumen to influence strong, vocal leadership teams.
