Responsibilities Include:

The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation duties includes assisting the DOR in overseeing and providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications:

·         Associate's degree or greater in therapy from an accredited college

·         Unencumbered PTA license in the state in which we operate

·         LTC/SNF experience preferred
