Description

Student Assistant Summary Summer Program is a six/eight-week Program. The Student Assistant assists designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Must be a bona fide student in an educational institution of recognized standing

Supplemental Information

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Clerk.

• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally; and provide basic information.
• Provides support for Manager and other areas, as indicated.
• May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports.
• Assists with operational functions.
• Performs diversified clerical duties as assigned, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, fax, scanning, etc. as needed.
• Participates in various projects and tasks, as assigned.
• Shadow multiple departments and train in a variety of tasks.
