School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Marana, Arizona

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving high school students across an engaging educational community near Marana, AZ. This full-time, full school year role will have you working as an itinerant specialist across three high school campuses, with the majority of your caseload centered at Mountain View High. In this role, you will empower approximately 60-70 students presenting with a range of communication needs. From articulation disorders to providing support within adaptive cluster programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, you will collaborate closely with educational teams to impact learning and growth. Qualifications and Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (SLP-CCC) Active standard state certification Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card Experience or strong interest in working with students with varying abilities from mild to severe, including those with ASD Flexibility for travel between multiple sites Previous school-based SLP experience and adaptability with diverse student populations is preferred Key Responsibilities: Provide diagnostic, direct therapy, and consultative SLP services for a caseload of 60-70 students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and teachers at Mountain View, Vista, and MCAT High Schools Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress Support communication needs for students within adaptive cluster classrooms Serve as a resource to families and school staff regarding speech-language development Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district policies and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunbelt Staffing
