Base Pay $30.00 - $40.00 / Hour Other Compensation Service Gratuity Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Manage Others Yes Reports to : Banquet Director Salary : Hourly $30-40 DOE Plus Gratuity Status : Full Time 25-40 Hours/ Week Exempt/Non-Exempt : Non-Exempt Hours : Variable including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to read and work from BEOs and diagrams effectively and efficiently. Having full knowledge of set‑up, menu, and any special requests for all events including meal preparation and ingredients. Willing to fill in as a server and assist with cleaning projects during slower times. Operations and Compliance: Effectively communicate any special food orders to kitchen staff and ensure special requests are prepared to the guest’s expectations. Verify ages of customers who order alcohol. Monitor alcohol consumption. Ensure all areas are kept clean and in compliance with state and federal health department rules and regulations. Follow all safe food handling procedures. Requirements: While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 35 pounds to shoulder level and push/pull up to 50 pounds on wheels. There is a potential for exposure to fumes from related equipment, airborne particles such as dust, toxic, or caustic substances such as cleaning/maintenance supplies, and varying outside weather/temperature conditions.
