You'll work closely with experienced, high-performing agents rather than navigating the business on your own. Through hands-on experience with active buyers, home tours across Central Kentucky, and proven team systems, you'll build the knowledge and confidence needed for a long-term career in real estate.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help guide buyers through key stages of their home search and purchase experience.

• Conduct home showings for qualified buyers throughout Central Kentucky
• Communicate promptly and professionally while building lasting client relationships
• Support lead agents with buyer consultations and follow-up activities
• Gather and share feedback after showings with clients and team members
• Monitor local inventory, new listings, and changing market conditions
• Help buyers understand and navigate the home-buying process
• Learn and apply the systems, scripts, and procedures used by a successful real estate team

• Active Kentucky real estate license

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
