About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, sales-minded DM Setter who knows how to turn conversations into customers.

Your primary responsibility will be engaging with leads through Instagram/social media DMs, understanding what they're looking for, answering questions, overcoming basic objections, and moving qualified prospects toward purchasing our $500 video course.

This is not a traditional hourly customer-service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, asking good questions, and confidently closing sales.

Compensation

You will receive 15% commission on every $500 course sale you close.

$75 commission per sale 10 sales/week = $750/week 15 sales/week = $1,125/week 10 sales/week = approximately $3,000/month 15 sales/week = approximately $4,500/month

There is no salary or hourly pay. This is a performance-based commission position.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound Instagram/social media DMs
• Proactively start conversations with qualified leads
• Build genuine rapport and identify prospects' goals/challenges
• Ask strategic questions to understand whether the course is a fit
• Explain the course and its value clearly
• Handle common objections around price, timing, uncertainty, etc.
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Close $500 course enrollments directly
• Keep accurate notes on conversations and prospects
• Consistently work toward a 1015+ sale/week target
• Communicate with the team about lead quality, objections, and opportunities

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience in DM sales, high-ticket sales, appointment setting, or closing
• Is extremely comfortable communicating through DMs
• Understands sales psychology and conversational selling
• Can create urgency without being pushy or spammy
• Is highly persistent with follow-up
• Is organized and self-motivated
• Can handle rejection without taking it personally
• Is competitive and motivated by commission
• Can work independently without needing constant supervision
• Cares about actually helping prospects rather than simply pushing a sale
• Has a proven history of hitting sales targets (preferred)

We're not looking for someone who needs to be convinced to send one more follow-up. We're looking for someone who enjoys the process of turning "I'm interested..." into "Where do I sign?"

Performance Expectations

The goal is to build toward 1015 course enrollments per week, with the opportunity to earn more as volume increases.

At 15% commission, your earning potential scales directly with your ability to convert conversations into sales.
