Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
Active state license in Florida required to start.
Previous management or lead clinician experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.
Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
Ability to create and manage staff schedules and caseload distribution.
Experience with patient care evaluation, outcome measurement, and care coordination.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic data reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers.
