People Operations Specialist

About The Role The role owns the day-to-day systems and processes that keep the employee experience running: onboarding, HRIS data, benefits administration, and people-team operations. You will be a key point of contact for employees on people questions, and help the People team scale programs as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Administer the employee lifecycle in the HRIS (Rippling or similar): records, org changes, and compliance documentation Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including equipment, accounts, and orientation scheduling Run benefits administration: enrollment windows, vendor escalations, and employee questions Own HR documentation - policies, offer letters, and audit-ready employee files Support performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and people-program logistics Respond to employee questions on payroll, benefits, and policies with accuracy and care What We Are Looking For 1-2 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or people-team coordination Hands-on experience with an HRIS and G Suite or similar productivity tooling Strong attention to detail with sensitive and confidential information Clear written and verbal communication skills Organized and comfortable managing many small, time-sensitive tasks Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Bonus: experience with Rippling, Gusto, or Greenhouse; exposure to equity or payroll administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
