Rehabilitation Specialist, PRP Program Support

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and social workers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes. Provide supervision for PRP workers who conduct therapeutic interventions and support to clients, adapting approaches based on progress and feedback. Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation processes, coping strategies, and community resources to promote sustained recovery. Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations. Support PRP staff with service delivery and documentation. Assist with IRP review and compliance monitoring. Ensure monthly contact requirements are met. Requirements Mental Health professional license (LGSW, LGPC, LCPC or LCSW-C) Rehabilitation Counselor certification or Bachelor’s prepared certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner certified by the U.S. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association 24/7 On-call availability for client crisis needs Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred) 2 years of direct care experience working with emotionally disturbed youth, adults and/or families; addictions experience is a plus 2 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of Maryland PRP regulations (COMAR) preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in the community #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
