Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer As the Graphic Designer, you will be creating the visual content that powers a fast-growing marketing team, from digital ad creative to brochures, slide decks, and campaign assets. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring brand guidelines to life across a variety of formats, with a strong focus on digital design. Responsibilities Design digital ad creative for social media and paid advertising campaigns Create marketing collateral such as brochures, playbooks, and testimonial-style documents Build slide decks for both internal team use and client-facing presentations Support print materials, ensuring files are production-ready (bleed, resolution, color mode) Design ad creative to support external client requests Apply and maintain brand guidelines (color, typography, layout) consistently across all deliverables Manage multiple design requests at once, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs Bring creative ideas and design recommendations to the table, rather than waiting for direction on every detail Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and ad creative Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva Strong understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout Basic knowledge of print production standards (e.g., bleed, CMYK) Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing shifting priorities Based in LATAM Benefits Salary: $3,000–$4,000 USD/month Full-time, remote position We only accept CVs submitted in English.
