Housing Stability Case Manager (Harm Reduction)

Pine Street Inn is seeking a Case Manager to join their Permanent Supportive Housing Department in Boston. This role involves providing intensive case management to homeless individuals, promoting stability through a Harm Reduction approach. The Case Manager will assist tenants with documentation, benefits, healthcare, and daily living skills. Hours are 40 per week, from Sunday to Thursday.
