Residence Life Director — Live-In, Crisis On-Call & Programs

Iona University in New Rochelle, NY seeks a Residence Hall Director for a full-time, live-in, 12-month position overseeing a 1,500-student residential program. The role centers on a safe, inclusive living environment and contributing to student development. The RHD will train and evaluate Resident Assistants, handle opening/closing, inspections, occupancy, and budgeting, and participate in on-call crisis rotation.
