Role type: Full-time Team: Programmatic Practice Reporting to: Director, Programmatic Estimated Start: June 2026 Location: Dallas, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | New York City, New York | San Francisco, California | Los Angeles, California Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate's background and location are confirmed. Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.

As a Programmatic practitioner you'll help to shape and then oversee delivery of work for clients. You will help to define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs, actively managing the workload of the delivery team to enable this. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice.

In this role you will:

• Use your practice knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• You'll effectively track and optimise campaigns.
• You'll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes.
• You'll actively contribute to developing the programmatic best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
• You will act as a point of escalation for client teams, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.
• You'll lead and mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge.

We're looking for someone who:

• Strong programmatic delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
• Demonstrable success in optimising programmatic campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
• A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
• A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
• Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.

Current position range $90,000 - $150,000 USD
