Our client is seeking a Director of Brand & Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of a growing specialty food brand known for its gourmet ingredients. This role sits at the center of the business, connecting retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels through a unified marketing approach. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance while building the structure, team, and systems needed to scale.

About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving accountability
- Strong digital marketing and analytical capabilities
