Data Analyst

Overview of the Role
As a Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence team, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions across multiple departments and markets. You will work closely with stakeholders, BI Developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable reporting, and continuously improve reporting processes through automation and analytics.
What you'll do:

Analyze Data: Collect, interpret, and analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decision-making.

Build Reporting Solutions: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau. Develop automated reports, alerts, and subscriptions to ensure timely and reliable delivery of business insights.

Generate Business Insights: Research data, prepare analytical reports, and provide recommendations that help improve operational efficiency, business performance, and strategic planning.

Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with BI Development and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and optimize database objects, including Tableau cubes, calculated fields, and reporting structures.

Support Business Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing analytical expertise and data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.

Ensure Data Governance: Handle sensitive and personal data responsibly, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, particularly when collaborating with AML, Legal, and Risk teams.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Python.

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.

Experience building dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and visualizations.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
