Senior Manager, CFC CRM Product Manager

Senior Manager overseeing end-to-end CRM platform strategy and delivery for Pfizer's field sales organization globally. This high-visibility role shapes next-generation, AI-enabled technology solutions while partnering with stakeholders across sales, medical, and access functions to drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own CFC CRM roadmap identifying technology enhancements aligned to business objectives
- Forge stakeholder relationships to translate field colleague needs into prioritized enhancement opportunities
- Lead customer-facing demonstrations tailored to sales, medical, and KAM personas for requirements gathering
- Partner with UX, design, and delivery teams to concept, plan, build, and deploy new platform features
- Quantify business impact of enhancements and devise measurement and reporting approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years as product manager owning commercial products sold to external customers or B2B/B2C technology companies
- Experience navigating healthcare data privacy and regulatory compliance at scale
- Demonstrated ability to integrate sales and marketing technology across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with capability to make data-driven prioritization decisions across stakeholder groups
- Proven track record leading complex, large-scale business initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or Life Sciences Cloud platforms preferred
