Job Summary Outpatient Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) – Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Accept background in children and adolescents. Work includes evidence-based care, documentation, caseload management, and collaborative support. Compensation: $100‑200 per hour; paid bi‑weekly. Location: Livingston, NJ (on‑site). Employment Type: W‑2 Employee, Part‑Time (12 hours per week). Start date: September 1, 2026. Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate or co‑facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching and utilizing DBT principles. Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities. Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals. Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation. Maintain an active caseload of approximately 12 hours per week. Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required. Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies. Compensation & Benefits $100‑200 per hour; paid bi‑weekly. 20‑hour paid training in DBT‑informed therapy. Billing, scheduling, and intake support. Flexible scheduling and telehealth options. Requirements Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in New Jersey. Active, provisional license: LSW, LAMFT, and LAC in New Jersey. Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Strong background in evidence‑based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT). Training or experience in DBT is a plus. Ability to provide therapy independently. Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms. Experience conducting psychotherapy with children and adolescents. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings. Preferred: established private practice therapist with a transferable caseload and/or strong community ties and connections.
