Hybrid Mental Health Therapist (LMSW/LCSW/LCPC) – Baltimore, MD

Full-Time (2 Openings)

Position Summary

We are seeking two full-time Mental Health Therapists to provide care across community, school, and telehealth settings. This hybrid role offers schedule flexibility and a balanced mix of in-person (70%) and remote (30%) work.

Schedule & Work Model

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Flexible day shifts: 7a–3p, 8a–4p, 9a–5p, or combination

• Hybrid: 70% in-person / 30% remote

• Weekend availability preferred, not required

Compensation

• Pay Rates:

• LMSW / LCPC: $50/hr

• LCSW: $56/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans

• Provide therapy to children and adults

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case reviews

• Engage clients and families in care planning

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license (LMSW, LCSW, or LCPC)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience with diverse settings (community, telehealth, schools) preferred

Preferred Candidates

• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
