What You’ll Be Doing

Accounts Receivable

• Process incoming payments (credit card, check, ACH, wire)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support general AR tracking and organization

Accounts Payable

• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approval
• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receipt)
• Prioritize and process invoices based on payment terms
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process checks, credit memos, and payment requests

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with AP automation tools and ongoing system maintenance
• Support month-end close activities
• Help maintain organized accounting records and files
• Assist Staff Accountant and team with projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable managing high-volume work.

• 2+ years of general accounting, AR, or AP experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and 10-key
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication when working with vendors and internal teams

Education

• High school diploma required
• Accounting coursework or related education preferred
