**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department as a Night RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - **Shift:** Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) **Role Overview:** - Be an essential member of a dedicated patient care team. - Deliver both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough patient assessments upon admission utilizing effective interview techniques. - Gather comprehensive past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. - Collaborate in the planning and implementation of individualized care plans under the guidance of a physician. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Education:** - Graduation from an approved School of Nursing. - Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - **Licensing:** - Active New Hampshire RN License required, or eligibility to obtain. - **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification preferred. - CPI Certification preferred. **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nursing preferred. **Core Competencies:** - **Assessment Skills:** - Proficient in standard assessments using basic medical equipment. - **Medication Administration:** - Strong visual acuity and hand-eye coordination. - **Communication & Documentation:** - Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - **Patient Safety:** - Adhere to established safety standards and protocols. - **Interpersonal Skills:** - Foster positive interactions with team members and patients. - Respect and honor patients' culture, lifestyle, religion, and age. - Open to constructive criticism and handle feedback constructively. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
