Construction Fleet Manager

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually Construction Fleet Manager What You’ll Do Manage the full lifecycle of fleet assets including trucks, vans, trailers, and construction equipment Oversee maintenance and repair programs to ensure safety and minimize downtime Monitor fleet utilization, fuel usage, and operating costs Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Coordinate equipment allocation to support field operations across job sites Manage vendor relationships (repair shops, dealerships, leasing, and fuel providers) Lead accident reporting, claims management, and driver safety initiatives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in construction Strong knowledge of construction vehicles and equipment Experience with DOT/OSHA compliance and telematics systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Skills You’ll Develop Fleet lifecycle and asset management Cost control and operational efficiency strategies Safety compliance and risk management Vendor management and negotiations Data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis Join a growing, safety-focused team supporting commercial and government construction projects.
