Hospice Admissions RN Kansas City, MO & surrounding areas Full Time: 40hrs | 10-hour Shifts | Monday - Friday Some nurses change lives in quiet, powerful moments. At Phoenix Hospice , our Admissions RNs are the first calm presence when hospice care begins. You’ll guide patients and families from curative care into comfort-focused care with compassion, clinical excellence, and dignity. This role blends strong clinical judgment with deep human connection—addressing not only physical needs, but also emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial support. You’ll collaborate closely with intake coordinators, hospice consultants, medical directors, facility staff, and physicians to ensure every admission is smooth, thoughtful, and centered on what matters most.
