Audio Visual Project Manager

Job Details Location: San Diego, CA 92111 Salary Range: $75,000 - $125,000 Travel: Up to 25% Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively Support national account projects and coordination Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion Perform other duties as assigned to support project success Desired Qualities and Experience Embraces company culture and is not just a timecard worker Works independently with minimal guidance but asks questions when needed Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and serves as a client-facing representative At least 5 years of A/V install and project management experience and knowledge of the AV industry Associate degree preferred but not required Customer service experience required Eager to learn, ready to tackle any situation, and maintains a positive attitude Excellent communication with clients and internal departments Benefits Base salary $70,000 - $120,000+ (DOE) Employer-matched medical and dental insurance (available after 60 days of employment) Employer matched 401K up to 3% (after 6 months of employment) Bonus eligibility based on a results-oriented incentive plan (after 3 months of employment) Graduated PTO program with all major holidays off and three floating holidays, available upon first day of employment Special gifts for significant life events such as marriage, birth of a child, and purchasing a home Cell phone reimbursement plan Long- and short-term disability, 100% paid by CTI Life insurance, 100% paid by CTI Equal Employment Opportunity Statement CTI is an equal opportunity employer.
