Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, or similar school support role
• Background in 1:1 pediatric care or one-on-one student support preferred
• Comfortable working across grade levels K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Ability to collaborate with special education staff and adapt to unique student needs
• Passion for helping students build life and academic skills in an inclusive environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized support to a student throughout the school day
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that supports learning and growth
• Assist in implementing IEP goals and document student progress
• Partner with teaching staff and therapists to ensure the best outcomes
• Support classroom management and provide safe supervision at all times
