Base pay range $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr Job Responsibilities Service and repair a variety of office equipment at customer locations within a specific geographic area. Serve as a product specialist and occasionally take on Team Lead/Coordinator responsibilities. Perform diagnostics, installations, and complex repairs on high-end office equipment, including B&W, color, and multifunctional devices. Provide mentorship, on-the-job training, and support to junior technicians as a second-level technical resource. Manage a service territory independently, maintain accurate parts inventory, and support sales efforts through lead identification. Requirements Technical school completion, 3+ years of field experience (2+ as a Tech Consultant I), and at least one industry certification.
