As our Staffing Coordinator , you'll be the go-to person for keeping our care team organized and appropriately staffed. You'll:

• Manage and maintain the care department's employee schedules

• Coordinate coverage for open shifts, call-offs, PTO, and other scheduling changes

• Support the recruiting process , including applicant follow-up, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding

• Partner closely with community leadership to anticipate staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage

• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and scheduling-related information

• Build strong relationships with team members through consistent communication and follow-up

• Help identify staffing concerns early and develop solutions before they become larger coverage challenges

• Respond to urgent scheduling needs after 6 PM and on weekends when necessary

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Have previous staff scheduling experience — required

• Have experience using OnShift or a similar employee scheduling system

• Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Communicate well and aren't afraid to pick up the phone when coverage is needed

• Are proactive, dependable, and able to problem-solve quickly

• Enjoy recruiting, relationship-building, and helping others succeed

• Have healthcare or senior living experience — preferred

• Are comfortable participating in an after-hours on-call rotation/responsibility

This is an on-site position at Arbor Terrace Amelia Island .
