Impact you’ll make

• Champion OSHA- and GM-compliant safety practices.
• Install, repair, and maintain complex electrical equipment and circuits across the facility.
• Troubleshoot controls and related components; resolve issues rapidly to avoid production delays.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Read and apply drawings and schematics to plan and execute work.
• Partner with peers, support teams, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to technical challenges.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum six (6) years’ experience as an Electrician or a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion in Electrical.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to support rotating schedules (day/afternoon/night) and work overtime, weekends, and holidays with limited notice.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Physical requirements

• Respond promptly to safety instructions, alarms, and signals.
• Stand for long periods; move confidently through a busy environment.
• Wear required PPE consistently.
• Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach as tasks demand.
• Lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs. depending on department; occasional seated work.
• Drive mobile equipment as needed.

Compensation and schedule

Depending on credentials and interview outcomes, this role may be filled as:

• Journeyperson In Training (JIT): $37.77–$44.06/hour
• Journeyperson: $44.96/hour
