A global hedge fund is seeking a Senior Quantitative Developer to develop and implement quantitative trading strategies within a top-performing Futures and Equities team. The role involves working directly with PMs and traders to create algorithms and mathematical models, analyze market data, and deploy strategies into production. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing core algorithms and models that influence trading decisions. Collaborate with the machine learning lab to develop models that optimize strategies. Work closely with traders to interpret valuations and develop advanced models and analytics. Contribute to the high-level architecture of models in C++ and Python, and strategize on various approaches. Provide technical and investment analytics support to the trading desk. Partner with researchers to improve trading strategies and translate algorithms into code. Skillset Requirements: Experience in a software engineering or quantitative role within electronic trading. Proficiency in advanced quantitative techniques for complex, data-intensive problems. Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.
