Area Of Responsibility Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders Required Skill and Experience Experience in multiple ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement Should have experience of end‑to‑end installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB, WLS, Hibernate JAVA etc. Experience of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities Preferred Skill and Experience Knowledge of fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting Experience of production support with shift lead role Should have experience in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues Understanding of SLAs and ticketing tool Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future For candidates based out of Chicago, IL, estimated annual compensation will be $76,061 to $120,136.
