Job Description

Position Summary

The Patient Enrollment & Marketing Coordinator is a key relationship-building role that guides new patients from their initial visit through enrollment in their recommended care plan. You’ll help patients understand their next steps, review scheduling and financial options, answer non-clinical questions, and provide the support and confidence they need to move forward with care.

This is not a traditional front-desk or receptionist position . It is a highly interactive role combining patient enrollment, relationship-building, follow-up, and practice growth. When you're not working directly with patient enrollment, you’ll support marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, manage social media, lead community outreach, support events, and drive patient engagement.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, organized, proactive, and comfortable helping people make important decisions .
