Senior Product Designer

As an early member of our growing Product & Design team, you'll have the opportunity to shape products from the ground up and influence the future of our platform. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to solve complex problems, define product strategy, and deliver customer-centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and concept through execution and launch. Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and translate business goals into elegant user experiences. Simplify complex workflows involving onboarding, identity verification, payments, account management, and financial operations. Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Contribute to and evolve our Design System. Present design concepts and influence stakeholders through strong storytelling. Use customer feedback, usability testing, and product data to improve the experience. Advocate for design excellence while balancing business, technical, and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped digital products. Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive projects. Strong systems thinking with exceptional attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience in fintech, banking, payments, investments, or other regulated industries. Experience with onboarding, authentication, identity verification (KYC/KYB), or financial workflows. Experience working at an early-stage startup or building 01 products. Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and speaking) is a plus, as you'll have opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
