DeFi is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in crypto, and the design problems we're solving don't always have strong precedents.You'll drive product vision and execution across DeFi initiatives— Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Wallet, and more— working closely with product, engineering, legal and compliance and other cross-functional partners to ship best-in-class experiences.Design at Robinhood is AI-first. Partner with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto.Bring clarity to complexity. Simplify complex crypto concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces.Uphold the craft bar. Help set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team.Start with AI.
