Duties
Manages the Financial Management Quality Assurance Program and Measures Organizational Performance
Oversight of Unit Self-Inspection Program Oversees the unit Self-Inspection Program. Schedules the unit Self Inspections and ensures all branches and sections have access to the most current and appropriate checklists
Ensures Effective Internal Controls
Promotes Continuous Improvement Practices
Provides Program Advice, Assistance and Guidance Devises and recommends the adoption of procedures to implement financial quality assurance processes, policies and regulations
