Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver, Regional Routes – Kenosha, WI System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Drivers will transport important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a strong work‑life balance. Responsibilities Operate and maintain flatbed trucks on regional routes. Safely load, secure, and transport goods. Obey all DOT rules and company policies. Complete required documentation and reports. Assist with load unloading and assist riders post‑90 days. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. 21 years of age or older. 4+ months of recent CDL‑A driving experience. Clean driving record and negative drug test. Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft platform (tested during orientation). No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years. Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record. Compensation Weekly pay: $1,095.18 – $1,980.65. Annual pay: $56,949.36 – $102,993.80. Additional compensation: tarp, stop, detention, safety bonuses, and more. Mileage rate: $0.57 – $0.71 CPM (depending on experience). $1,800 transition package to help settle in. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company matching.
