Communication Manager Job ID: 16564BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Weekdays 8am-4:30pm, and on-call Compensation: Commensurate with experience Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: Some Benefit Eligible: Schedule: Weekdays 8am-4:30pm, plus on-call requirements The Communication Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of all communication center operations, call handling, paging, and emergency messaging, ensuring efficient and accurate organizational communication. The manager collaborates with departments and external vendors to support emergency response, develops policies, and ensures compliance with regulations. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in communications or related field. Four years of communication or customer service experience in a busy public office.
